How we work together
Vision & Strategy Kickoff — 90 minutes
We start here. This session is about stepping back, thinking big, and getting honest about where you are versus where you want to be — in your work, your side project(s), and your life as a whole.
Usually, this is a team effort. We invite your biggest cheerleaders, closest allies and if you’re really up for making this real… yup, THAT person who will call you on your bullshit.
Together, we dig into what your ideal life actually looks like beneath the surface, where you want to be in 1–3 years, and what's realistically getting in the way. You'll leave with a practical vision, a set of priorities, and a clear picture of what needs to happen next.
Yes, this is possible in 90 minutes.
A complimentary follow-up session is included to build out a one year action plan and give you a taste of what ongoing work together could look like.
Ongoing Working Sessions — 50 minutes
This is where the systems get built and the momentum gets kept. We meet regularly to check progress, untangle blockers, refine goals as life evolves, and actually work through whatever is in the way — whether that's strategy, systems design, or getting the right tools set up in a way that fits your brain. You leave each session with clear next steps, not just clarity.
Pricing
We use a sliding scale so this service is more accessible across income levels and life stages. A small number of fully pro bono spots are available each quarter.
You know your situation best. Choose honestly.
Building: For those between roles or working toward stable business cash flow. This tier is offered with the intention of moving to Standard or Contributor when your situation shifts.
Standard(recommended): For those with stable income who can comfortably invest in this work. This is the right fit for most people.
Contributor: For those with the capacity afford more. Your contribution funds working sessions for pro-bono clients in a career or life transition that would make accessing services at any rate a barrier.

Working Sessions (50 min)
Once we’ve done your vision & strategy session, the work isn’t done. This is just the start of a life-long arc of change towards who and how you want to be! Sometimes you have what you need to get there already once you see where you want to go more clearly, and other times you just need a thinking partner to help unlock that next step or someone external to help hold you accountable to your goals.
Working sessions are available pay-as-you-go, or on a regular cadence at a discounted rate of 10-15% off. Custom packages, including shorter or longer sessions to adapt for working style, budget or scheduling are available upon request.
