About Jen Reiher

I’m an entreprenerd with a long memory for systems, people, and the quiet ways work either unlocks potential or slowly grinds it down. My career lives at the intersection of strategy, organizational leadership, and public impact, with experience across government, technology, and non-profit industries.

I have a particular passion for supporting reluctant leaders make sense of ambiguity, design for the change they want to see in the world, and move forward without leaving equity, impact, or themselves behind.

Based in Victoria, BC, I’m a co-founder of the YYJ Tech community and someone who genuinely believes that better culture can be built, but knows its not wished into existence. I’m trained in Equity Sequence, which shapes how I coach and consult: power-aware, practical, and grounded in real decision-making rather than performative checklists. I’m also neurodiverse, which means pattern recognition, systems thinking, and asking exactly the hard question we need to ask come naturally, and I design my work to support brains that don’t thrive in one-size-fits-all environments.

Outside of work, you’ll find me practicing Aikido, where I’m continually reminded that force is rarely the answer and alignment matters more than speed, and indulging in my passions for slow food, fashion and travel.

If you’re navigating change, growth, or friction and want a thinking partner who blends rigor with humanity, you’re in exactly the right place.
