I’m exhausted

Honestly: fair. Who wouldn’t be with the state of the world? Add on whatever personal things you’ve been through in the last few years…

  • Covid.

  • Career chaos.

  • Life chaos.

  • Loss.

  • Burnout.

  • Depression.

  • Late-diagnosed neurodiversity.

There’s an infinite list of possible combinations and I’m willing to bet if you’re feeling this way you’re experiencing more than a few on this list.

If this is where you’re at, there is a very simple but also very difficult solution...

You’re going to have to NOT do the thing.

If you just felt yourself collapse a little bit then you’re in the right place. It’s time to listen to your body and do something that’s going to help it recover.

That thing will still be there when you’re ready, and your contribution to it will be better for you taking a break first. I promise.
